Six bedrooms across 2,800 sq ft of a fully updated villa inside Windsor Hills Resort — one of Kissimmee’s most sought-after gated communities, just 5 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Three of the bedrooms are fully themed: a Mickey Mouse room, a Disney Princess room, and a Pokémon room with its own mini game room inside. The kids will not want to leave.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges (less $400.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A note about our home We’re a family-owned vacation rental, professionally managed and we take this seriously. If anything isn’t perfect when you arrive, message us — we fix issues within hours.
