The space
Six bedrooms across 2,800 sq ft of a fully updated villa inside Windsor Hills Resort — one of Kissimmee’s most sought-after gated communities, just 5 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Three of the bedrooms are fully themed: a Mickey Mouse room, a Disney Princess room, and a Pokémon room with its own mini game room inside. The kids will not want to leave.
The game room
The Marvel Avengers/Guardians game room is the crown jewel. Three full-size arcade machines, air hockey, foosball, Nintendo Switch with many games. Whether your group has toddlers or teenagers, this room keeps everyone entertained between park days — and late into the night.
The pool & outdoor space
Your private screened pool and hot tub are yours alone — no shared pool, no strangers. The screened enclosure means you’re swimming morning to night without worrying about Florida’s famous bugs. Add a basketball hoop in the water and you’ve got a full resort setup without leaving the villa.
