Pool Heating Extra Service
* We offer pool heating for guests who desire it during their stay. The nightly fee for pool heating is $45 (PLUS taxes) and is applicable for a minimum of 3 days.
* To ensure the pool heating service is ready for you, please you must make the request at least 3 days before your scheduled check-in date and complete the payment in full.
* Please note that this additional service is available only for the entire duration of your stay.
* Please note that while the pool can be heated, the jets in the SPA do not function as a hot tub. It is the same temperature of the pool.
BBQ Extra service : $45 (PLUS taxes) and is applicable for the whole stay.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges (less $400.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
